I'm a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist specialising in a type of CBT called Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy and I'm also a Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy teacher.

I specialise in treating a range of issues. Anxiety disorders, including Generalised Anxiety, Health Anxiety, OCD and Panic Disorder, as well as Depression are my areas of specialism. I’ve also trained with the British Menopause Society to run courses specifically to treat the symptoms of menopause.
I pride myself on providing my clients with a safe and secure space to explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours in a completely non judgmental and empathetic environment.
I wholeheartedly believe in offering quality CBT at an affordable price to help people overcome their problems. I am also passionate about Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), which combines mindfulness techniques like breathing exercises and physical awareness with elements from CBT to help break the negative patterns that are characteristic of recurrent depression and anxiety.​​
My practice is named after the two simple things I wished for when facing my own struggles with anxiety during my teenage years, to be happy and healthy. I am confident I can help you also improve in these areas with my in depth, professional training and personal understanding.
